Customs & Duties:
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and local customs procedures. Any import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs-Related Issues:
Delays, inspections, or refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
We carefully package all items, but issues during transit may occasionally occur.
Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at suporte@hizoo.website within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
Packaging Disclaimer:
Minor damage to the outer packaging does not qualify for compensation if the product inside is intact and functioning properly.
Delivered Status:
If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. HiZoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Claims Deadline:
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must:
- file a claim with the shipping carrier
- notify us within 7 days of the delivery date
Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
HiZoo is not responsible for:
- deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- packages returned due to invalid or incomplete addresses

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- United States (US): 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or customs clearance.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
